Job Opportunity: Change Management

One of our NSCN volunteer career coaches has shared the following new job listing for an Organizational Change Management Manager position.

In this role, you will work with, and in alignment with, the organizational change management framework used by our client. You will perform various types of activities, including preparing and executing a change management strategy and plan for a business transformation project, including stakeholder engagement and communications, people risk and impact management (including identifying training needs), leadership alignment, organization design and workforce transition, metrics and measurements.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the change management strategy; develop and execute change management plan.
  • Identify business benefits and measures to track change management success.
  • Capture, develop and validate all change impacts for the business. Develop mitigation plans. Include insights in communications plan.
  • Establish and execute a stakeholder engagement communications plan and maintain the stakeholder list.
  • Execute communications in alignment with overall change plan for readiness and go-live.   This includes, but is not limited to: writing targeted communications to stakeholders (in different levels of organization), developing program status updates, sharing ways the business can achieve the project benefits, creating project toolkits (PowerPoint decks for awareness, readiness),  making management presentations, change readiness surveys, conducting change network meetings, developing FAQs (frequently asked questions), creating marketing materials and content for website updates (if applicable), utilizing digital signage, and providing End User training support.  This also includes proofreading/editing materials.
  • Develop leader action plans in support of the change
  • Following branding guidelines when using logos for company, organization, and program
  • Ordering specialty items with program logos
  • Errors in judgment or erroneous decisions and recommendations may result in moderate delays in project completion (within and external to the department) and may cause moderate losses of revenue or increases in expense.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months with possibility of extension
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
 
Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 or more years related work experience in change management efforts including communication, preparing an organization for business transformation, influencing others, and cross-functional project management
  • PROSCI Certification, preferred
  • PMP Project Management Professional Certification, preferred
  • Previous work experience in medical industry, preferred
