Job Opportunity: Training Specialist

Training Specialist opportunity with a Fortune 500 company in New York City.

Responsibilities:
  • Together with Training Lead, partner with the Training Lead for each HR2020 work stream (Talent Acquisition / Learning / Total Rewards / HR Solutions)
  • Project planning for Process Training
  • Process training material templates
  • Training facilitation / design guidelines for effective training sessions
  • Design training days with respective Workstream Training Leads
  • Together with Training Lead and Global Change Management team, develop and implement approach to train at a global level Business and HR teams around changes driven by the initiative, by leveraging a network of HR Champions and Business Ambassadors (to be established)
